Program Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment in our training programs requires full payment or approved payment plan arrangement. All fees are non-refundable except as specifically outlined in our refund policy.
Refund Policy
- Full refund available up to 7 days before program start date
- 50% refund available up to 3 days before program start date
- No refunds available after program commencement
- Medical emergencies considered on case-by-case basis
Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
- Attend all scheduled classes and practical sessions
- Follow safety protocols and workshop guidelines
- Treat equipment, facilities, and fellow students with respect
- Complete assignments and assessments on time
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
Certification and Completion
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of program requirements, including attendance, practical assessments, and written examinations. Minimum 85% attendance is required for certification eligibility.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, training content, and proprietary methods are the intellectual property of Marine Engine Masters. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.
Liability and Insurance
While we maintain comprehensive insurance and safety measures, students participate in hands-on training at their own risk. Marine Engine Masters is not liable for personal injury or property damage except in cases of proven negligence.
Code of Conduct
We maintain a professional learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund. Students must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Program Changes
Marine Engine Masters reserves the right to modify program schedules, content, or instructors as necessary. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students with reasonable notice.
Privacy and Data Protection

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services to any student who violates these terms, fails to meet program requirements, or engages in conduct detrimental to the learning environment.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
